I’m Vince, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out — especially when you’re used to coping on your own.
I work with grief and bereavement, as well as anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and take things at your own pace.
You might not know exactly where to begin — and that’s okay.
Part of the process is making sense of things together.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded and collaborative.
There’s no pressure or expectation — we focus on what feels most important to you.
I work with people who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not quite themselves, helping them better understand what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right. I also offer specialist support for grief and loss.
At the heart of therapy is the relationship.
Feeling heard, understood and accepted can make a real difference, especially if things have felt confusing or heavy for a while.
I offer both online and in-person sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their ethical framework, with regular supervision as part of my practice.
If you’d like to get a sense of whether this feels right for you, you’re welcome to arrange a free 15-minute call.
Here are a few words from people I've worked with *
“He's great and really listens to you. Need to vent, ask him, need opinion ask him, need different perspective, ask him. Easy to talk and open up to” MC
“I am still in the middle of the therapeutic process, but what I have already achieved with Vince's help is priceless. Vince is the empathetic, respectful, understanding, patient and punctual therapist I never thought I would find. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who's struggling in life, even if it is in many areas of life at once” HD
“Vince is the therapist I never would have chosen, but it turns out he's exactly who I needed. With him, I feel safe to embrace my flaws and share the scary, vulnerable parts of myself. His nonjudgmental approach creates an environment where I can truly open up, which is precisely what I need” MJ
“Vince is helping me to process my anxieties, understand them on a deeper level and work through them. I’m grateful to Vince for his help and for providing me with a safe space to discuss the things I struggle with” DV
“I feel gratitude for the support and guidance I've received from Vince as I navigate the difficult process of healing after a long-term relationship breakup. From the first session, he made me feel heard, understood, and safe to open up about my struggles. Vince has helped me gain perspective on my situation and offered me insights into managing the sadness and confusion that come with such a significant life change” KL
